President:  Deborah Cohen, DCN RD 

• Lead the affiliate board members in accomplishing the strategic plan for the year and monitoring the affiliates fiscal health

Past-President:  Gloria Garza, MS RD LD CNSC

• Act in an advisory capacity to the Association Officers.  Serve as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and as the Bylaws Chair

President-Elect:  M. Ann Bock, PhD RD LD

• Performs the functions of the office of president in the absence of the president.
• Works closely with the president to be able to transition smoothly into the role of president.

Secretary:  Sara Robbins, RD LD

• Maintains records including but not limited to minutes, board policies, legal documents, and contracts
• Records minutes and initiates correspondence for the affliate

Treasurer:  Benita Grunseth, MA MS RD LD 

• Acts as chief volunteer financial officer of the organization and chairs the Finance Committee.
• Manages insurance records, contracts 

Delegate:  Susie Resneck-Fisch, MS RD LD

• Represents the NM membership at the AND House of Delegates (HOD)
• The delegate also serves as a voting member of the NMAND Board of Directors, serves on relevant NMAND Committees including the Public Policy Committee, and reports on delegate activities and the AND mega issues at all Board meetings and at the Annual NMAND meeting

Public Policy Coordinator:  Patty Keane, MS RD

• Communicates the Academy policy initiatives, grassroot initiatives and the Academy's public policy stances to affiliate members
• Arranges appointments with US Senators and US Representatives offices
• Chair of the Public Policy Committee

State Policy Representative:  Kristen Crosby, MS RD LD

• Tracks state legislative issues and opportunities of importance to registered dietitians
• Communicates and mobilizes affiliate members at grassroots level
• Coordinates activities state legislation and relationships
• Member of the Public Policy Panel 
• Coordinate with Lobbyist (if one is employed)

 State Regulatory Specialist:  Mary Guillen, MS CSR

• Track state regulatory issues of importance to registered dietitians
• Communicates opportunities and challenges to affiliate members
• Conveys current statues and rules that impact dietetics practice (including but not limited to scope of practice, facility and program requirements, and other documents that define the requirements and responsibilities of dietitians in New Mexico) to affiliate members
• Member of Public Policy Committee

Professional Issues Coordinator:  Kathleen Hoss, MPH RD LD

• Chairs the Conference Planning Committee, which plans and executes the Annual Meeting

Professional Issues Coordinator-Elect:  Erin Burgarello, RD

• Assists the Professional Issues Coordinator to plan and execute the Annual Meeting

Publications Coordinator:  Kara Fulmer, RD

• Serves as Editor of the Academy newsletter (La Carta)

Nominating Committee Chair:  Laura Taber, RD

• Identifies potential leaders for the NMAND organization
• Recruits candidates for NMAND Board of Directors positions, assists the Nominating Chair in coordinating the NMAND election and notifies the candidates of election results
• Assists in selection of Award recipients for NMAND with the nominating committee

Nominating Committee Chair-Elect:  Lisa Gurule, MS RD LD

• Participates in candidate recruitment for NMAND Board of Directors positions, assists the Nominating Chair in coordinating the NMAND election and notifies the candidates of election results
• Assists in selection of Award recipients for NMAND with the nominating committee

 Nominating Committee Member:  Mary Martinez, MS RD LD 

• Works with the Nominating Committee Chair and Nominating Committee Chair-Elect to identify potential leaders for the NMAND organization 

 Membership Coordinator:  Jennifer Herrera

• Recruitment of new members and retention of current members
• Communicates with the affiliate membership

Media Coordinator:  Stephanie Tierney, MS RD LD

• Serves as a resource to state and district on media training and promotional activities

  ADDA President:  Elisabeth Ceysons, RD

• Lead the district board members in accomplishing the strategic plan for the year
• Reports to the affiliate updates on districts activities

Webmaster:  Keri Maracchini

• Manages the website and communicates updates to members

 AMPC Administrative Assistant:  Jessie Green

•  Paid secretary for the Annual Meeting Planning Committee
